Lori Kola, MA LLP

I obtained my masters degree in 2016 from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. My goal as a psychotherapist is to help clients reach their full potential by developing a healthy sense of self. A non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere is crucial to developing a positive therapeutic relationship.

In addition to individual therapy, I have experience in conducting psychological evaluations to assist in diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work with adolescents and adults of various backgrounds who struggle with the hardships of daily living. I provide support for anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, self-harm/suicidal ideation, trauma, life transitions, as well as the struggles of the LGBTQ community and those of multicultural backgrounds.

Matt MacLellan, MA LLP

I have a history of working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and assisting families that have a member with a developmental disability. That assistance includes school and community outreach.

In therapy, I strive to create a humanistic environment while utilizing primarily cognitive behavioral techniques. My mission is to help the client create and achieve their individual goals.

I have been providing therapeutic support to families, adults and children with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, sexuality, and OCD.

Jay Hall, MA LLP

Throughout my experience of providing therapy, I have worked with conditions including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, life adjustments, caregiver burnout, grief/loss, anger issues, trauma, and LGBTQIA support.

I work with a wide range of ages and backgrounds, but focus mostly on 18 and older. I provide therapy with a background in existential-humanistic psychology; this can provide an insightful and individualized therapeutic experience.

The impact of emotional and mental difficulties can be challenging to many individuals, and it is always possible to gain new perspectives that help in processing our lives.

Sly Thériault, MA LLMSW

combining theory, research, and practical experience. I work closely with families to build strong, supportive environments for children with developmental disorders to thrive. I am also dedicated to supporting new or expecting fathers, helping them navigate the unique challenges of parenthood, and strengthening family bonds. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with couples in transition, such as managing relationship changes, parenting challenges, and life adjustments, offering guidance on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional well-being.

My broad expertise spans individual, family, and couples, with a strong emphasis on promotinghealthy relationships, mental wellness, and emotional resilience. My approach empowers clients to better understand their strengths, navigate life transitions, and develop effective coping

strategies, ultimately helping them lead fulfilling and balanced lives.

Samantha Pedri, MA LMSW

I received my Master of Social Work degree from the Wayne State University School of Social Work in 2016 where my focus of concentration was on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Since graduating I have been working in the mental health field, with experience in inpatient psychiatric services, case management, and individual therapeutic services. I have a history working with individuals with cognitive impairments, intellectual impairments, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. For the last four years, my concentration has been working with individuals of many ages manage a variety of mental health issues as well as behavioral concerns.

My main approach in psychodynamic therapy is client-centered and solution focused which utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that can be effective for a range of mental and physical health problems. Using CBT, people can change the unhelpful ways they think, learn patterns of unhelpful behavior, and learn better ways of coping with psychological problems people may face, relieving their symptoms and becoming more effective in their lives. The priority is meeting the individual with where they are at as well as focusing on what they would like to achieve.

**COMING SOON**

I received my Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University in 2024 and I’ve spent over six years working in the social work field, supporting children, teens, and families through emotional, behavioral, and everyday life challenges. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered approaches, focusing on creating a safe, honest, and supportive space where people can be themselves. I care about helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and develop practical tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.

Most of my experience has been hands-on, facilitating social-emotional groups, doing behavioral assessments, working closely with families, and showing up for people in hard moments. That foundation is what I bring into the therapy room. I meet people where they are, honor their lived experiences, and walk alongside them as they work toward growth and healing.
